[BNS_members] Spring Field Trip on Sunday!

Hello, 

With this glorious spring weather, it is time to enjoy a spring field
trip together to see what plants and wildlife are emerging! 

FIELD TRIP: SPRING NATURE AT BLOMIDON PROVINCIAL PARK - Sunday May 22nd,
10 am until noon. 

Soren will lead a field trip up at Blomidon Provincial Park, on Sunday
May 22nd from 10 am until noon. The field trip will be a walk through
the Jodrey Trail in Blomidon Provincial Park. The trail is steep at
first, but then levels out once you have climbed up the escarpment. We
will walk to the vernal pond and then a bit beyond to look out over the
Minas Basin. The spring flowers under the sugar maples and yellow birch
should be carpets of blooms! It should be delightful to be out in
beautiful spring nature together! 

All are welcome. Let's explore outside together. Meet at the parking lot
of Blomidon Provincial Park [1](carpools can be arranged, see the sign
up below).
