Hello everyone,
I have great news - the judge released her decision today regarding our law suite concerning the Minister of Lands and Forestry lack of compliance regarding the Species at Risk Act - she agreed with all the issues raised except for one minor one.
A huge congratulations to out lawyer - Jamie Simpson.

When I get a chance to digest the 55 page decision I will summarize her ruling.
