[BNS_members] Remembering Jim Wolford - Sept 21 in Wolfville

Good evening, 

Back in June, we learned of the passing of long-time BNS member and
incredible local naturalist Jim Wolford. Next WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST,
there will be a gathering to celebrate and remember Jim, and to send
love to his partner Pat, now out in British Columbia. 

Many of you know that Jim and Pat moved to Burns Lake, BC, in May of
2022. There were missed but everyone wished them all the best as they
settled in their new home close to Pat's family. Sadly, Jim died in late
June, just weeks after their arrival. Many people have expressed their
wish to gather to both remember Jim and send love to Pat. 

To that end, you are invited to join us at the ROBIE TUFTS CENTRE IN
WOLFVILLE AT 6:30PM, WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 21ST.  This will be an informal
gathering hosted by friends of Pat and members of Blomindon Naturalists
Society. People are invited to share memories of Jim and to write notes
in a book for Pat. We also encourage you to bring any pictures you wish
to share. 

We look forward to seeing you there. There will be some refreshments. 

Attached are some posters, you are welcome to share with friends of Jim
and Pat. 

If you are not able to attend but wish to add your words to the book you
