The Blomidon Naturalists is a flourishing volunteer organization and it takes time and energy to make it all happen. We would greatly appreciate any time that you have to offer. Please contribute where you have interests and passion. Here are just a few ideas to get you thinking…
- Assist with our Chain Lakes Protected Area campaign.
- Help out with the Flying Squirrel kids and youth programs.
- Initiate, help with, or support our fundraising efforts.
- Contribute baked goods to the monthly educational talks.
- Help with the Pollinator Education project.
- Join in the bird count and citizen science activities.
- Contribute to the Beyond the Tides journal.
- Offer a workshop or talk or field trip.
- Help out with the office tasks.
- Write letters on nature and environmental topics to help bring about positive change.
- Spread the word through friends and networks
